Mobile Repair vs. Shop Service (Pickup & Delivery) – Terms & Conditions
We offer two convenient ways to service your equipment:
1. Mobile On-Site Service (At Your Home/Business)
We come directly to your location to diagnose and repair your equipment on-site.
Note: Standard mobile service fees apply.
2. Shop Service with Pickup & Delivery
We use our hauling trailer to pick up your equipment from your location, bring it to our shop for a comprehensive diagnosis and repair, and then deliver it back to you.
Pricing & How It Works:
Pickup & Delivery Fee: Calculated based on your specific distance and location from our shop.
Diagnostic Fee: Standard diagnostic fees apply once the equipment is at our shop.
Customer Notification & Consent: Before dispatching our trailer, we will send you a text message detailing the exact Pickup & Delivery fee and the diagnostic fee. By replying to our text message and confirming the appointment, you officially accept the quoted fees and explicitly agree to all terms and policies stated on our website (www.mobilemower.net).
3. If Repairs Are Declined
Once your equipment is at our shop, we will perform a diagnosis and provide a repair estimate.
If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you are strictly responsible for paying the combined Diagnostic Fee and Pickup & Delivery Fee that were approved via text message.
All incurred fees must be paid in full prior to us returning or releasing the equipment. Under our company policy and applicable Texas laws, you may not demand or claim the return of your equipment until these fees are completely settled.
4. Repair Deadlines, Storage Fees, and Abandoned Equipment
Response Time: You must approve or decline the repair estimate within 3 days of notification.
Storage Fees: If the equipment is not picked up or if repair approval is not granted within 3 days of our notification, a daily storage fee of $35.00 per day will automatically apply and be added to your total balance.
Abandoned Equipment & Disposal: If the equipment remains unclaimed, or if the balance (including diagnostic, delivery, and storage fees) remains unpaid for more than 10 days from our initial notification, the equipment will be legally considered abandoned. In accordance with applicable laws, we reserve the right to dispose of, sell, or scrap the equipment to recover our costs. The customer permanently forfeits all rights to the equipment and waives any claims for compensation or return thereafter
